Will the original fonts change?
The editor retains the original page content and fonts rather than retyping or converting them. Added text uses the chosen font. It cannot guarantee same-font replacement of every original word: some PDFs contain only a subset of a font or no editable text layer.
What does Cover & replace do?
It places a filled box over an area and adds new text. The underlying content is still in the file and may remain searchable or selectable. This is a visual correction, not secure redaction or destructive text editing.
Can I use my own font or Bengali text?
Upload a .ttf or .otf file you have permission to use. Complex-script additions, or text not supported by a native export font, use a transparent high-resolution text image to keep browser shaping. Those additions are not selectable text; the source PDF remains unchanged.
Can I edit the added items again later?
Added items remain movable and editable during this session. Download commits them into the PDF page content; opening that saved copy treats those additions as original content. Keep this tab open until your editing is finished.
What files are supported?
Open unencrypted PDFs up to 40 MB and 100 pages. Encrypted PDFs need an unlocked copy. Existing form appearances are preserved; this editor does not edit form fields. Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate its existing signatures.
